Sunrise Breakfast, Barbecue, and the Orphanage

On wednesday morning, we attended a sunrise breakfast at the Australian High Commissioners residence. The breakfast was to commemorate ANZAC Day and  pay tribute to the military services of Australia and New Zealand. The ceremony started at 7:30 and was followed by a delicious breakfast!

I'm beginning to wonder if i might be the first person to regularly use the royal china for Indomie noodles ( equivalent to  Top Ramen).

Found this gem proudly displayed at the residence..i think turtlenecks might be making a comeback

On Wednesday evening I had a barbecue with some of the people that are here on their break. It was a lovely evening and i have really enjoyed making some new friends. I hope to keep in touch with this Nigeria crew.

Thursday morning we headed out to Karu to help out at the local orphanage.
