Houston...The eagle has landed!

After 48 hours of traveling spanning across 3 continents, I finally arrived in Nigeria early this morning! It has been a lengthy but amazing ride over. During the plane ride over, I met a Nigerian man named Alfred who is visiting the country to attend his sisters wedding. He has offered to show me around the city early next week before he returns to London. Today was more of a recharge day than anything. I will be traveling around the city tomorrow to get more acquainted. I am exhausted from the traveling though so i will keep it short. This place is incredible, i'll try to snap some pictures this weekend. For now, I'm going to enjoy the comfort of a mosquito net bed.
